Abstract

Solution-processed, organic field-effect transistors (FETs) and logic circuits with a high static noise margin are reported by J.-J. Kim, S. Jung, and co-workers in article 1500439, as the first examples of universal logic gates achieved by inkjet-printing. This work can be extended to large-scale complementary integrated circuits with a high transistor density and a high yield.
