Abstract

Absorber Materials In article number 2402640, Shaham Quadir, Sage R. Bauers, and co-workers demonstrated that thin films of the stable Zintl phase CaZn2P2 exhibit a long carrier lifetime and high optical absorption with suitable band gap for tandem photovoltaic applications, all while being synthesized using a straightforward, low-temperature (∼100 °C) process with significant opportunity for downstream optimization.
