Effect of the -doping on the electron transport in an antiparallel double -magnetic-barrier nanostructure
Source abstract
Abstract
Abstract In this paper, we investigate the effect of the weight and the position of the δ -doping on the electron transport in a nanostructure with an antiparallel double δ -magnetic barriers. We find the weight of the δ -doping obviously suppresses the transmission probability and the electron conductance. We also find that there is no spin-polarization when the δ -doping is sited at the middle of the two magnetic fields, while the large degree of the spin-polarization could be achieved by changing the position of the δ -doping. These interesting features will be more helpful for developing new types of devices.
