Abstract

To optimize the construction process and promote the development of green buildings, this study investigates energy-saving and thermal insulation technology using fiber-reinforced phosphate cementitious composites. By combining modified foam and modified polypropylene fibers with phosphate cement, glass beads, an air-entraining agent, and other materials, fiber-reinforced phosphate cementitious composites are prepared through mixing and blending. The thermal conductivity of the composites is measured with a thermo-fluid meter, and a thermal conductivity calculation method is applied to evaluate different dosages of glass beads and polypropylene fibers. The effects of curing age and the air-entraining agent on the thermal insulation performance of the composites are also analyzed. The results indicate that when the dosage of glass beads is 65%, the polypropylene fiber dosage is 0.90%, and the air-entraining agent dosage is 0.20%, the composite material exhibits optimal thermal insulation performance. In addition, the modified polypropylene fibers form a closer bond with the phosphate cement, which improves both mechanical and thermal insulation properties, reduces the energy consumption of the composite, and enhances the effectiveness of green construction. This study develops a fiber-reinforced phosphate cement-based composite material with excellent insulation and mechanical properties by optimizing the proportions of glass beads, modified polypropylene fibers, and the air-entraining agent, thereby providing an efficient and energy-saving solution for green building construction. The innovative combination of modified foam and modified polypropylene fiber significantly improves the thermal insulation performance and durability of the material, reduces energy consumption, and promotes the development of green building technology.
