Magnetic behavior of high permeability materials over wide temperature range
Source abstract
Abstract
Fe-Ni alloys have high permeability characteristics and can generate high magnetic induction strength under weak magnetic fields, and are widely used in electrical equipment such as transformers, micro-motors and magnetic shielding. With the development of aerospace industry, the requirements for the application of electrical equipment have become more stringent, usually need to withstand high to low temperature verification. In this paper, by building a magnetic-thermal coupling test device, the magneto-thermal simulation experiments on Fe-Ni alloy. The variation rule of magnetic properties of Fe-Ni alloys at different temperatures was investigated, and this phenomenon is explained. The results show that the initial permeability of Fe-Ni alloy has a more excellent performance at high temperatures, while at low temperatures it is necessary to consider the impact of the material loss on the performance of electrical equipment.
