VDLIN: A Deep Learning‐Based Platform for Methylcobalamin‐Inspired Immunomodulatory Compound Screening (Adv. Sci. 7/2026)
Source abstract
Abstract
Inflammatory Response The essence of immunomodulation is navigating the delicate equilibrium between silencing and stimulation. While methylcobalamin (MCB) pacifies the cytokine storm, it inadvertently dims innate immunity. Guided by VDLIN, Xuefei Guo, Qiang Liu, Fuping You, and co-workers now introduce Co7-a molecule that transcends the trade-off. It harmonizes TLR4-driven antiviral alerts with profound anti-inflammatory quiet, achieving an elegant balance within the immune response.
