Abstract

Depletion of Sorcs3 Activates Totipotency In their Research Article (DOI: 10.1002/advs.202509151), Yuan Shi, Qian Gao, Ling Shuai, and colleagues report that knocking out sorcs3 or inhibiting three key pathways can efficiently activate the totipotency of stem cells. The hall of totipotency is a lofty and desirable goal, and the path to it is fraught with challenges. The findings of this study are like a shortcut to aid the climb toward totipotency.
