Abstract

Flexible Devices Flexible devices of TMDCs generally require a damage-free transfer process. In article number 2405050 by Yang Chen, Xiaojuan Sun, Dabing Li, and co-workers, graphene is designed as an inserting layer to prevent chemical bonding at the growth interface, thus wafer-scale patterned TMDCs array can be efficiently separated and transferred by a mechanical force, realizing highstability flexible photosensitive devices for the imaging.
