Abstract

Schwann Cell-Like Differentiation From left to right, the image shows lipid nanoparticles with CD86-P2A-EGR3 mRNA entering a melanoma cell, reprogramming it into a Schwann cell-like melanoma cell with long protrusions, reduced migration, and CD86 receptor expression. The reprogrammed cell then recruits immune cells, enhancing immune infiltration, T cell expansion, and effective tumor control.
