Abstract

Phagocytosis On this cover, the common octopus represents macrophages with limited phagocytic capacity struggling against tumor-like crabs. In contrast, the blue-ringed octopus, its luminous rings symbolizing NEAT1-31 molecules, aggressively devours larger crabs. This artwork creatively illustrates Li et al.'s discovery: NEAT1-31 activates the Aurora-A-PI3K-AKT pathway, boosting macrophage phagocytosis to enhanced cancer immunotherapy. More details can be found in article number 2413473 by Xinya Gao and co-workers. The cover art was created by Coloring A'Jing.
