Plasma DNMT1 Activity for Assessing Tumor Burden and Predicting Neoadjuvant Therapy Response in Breast Cancer (Adv. Sci. 31/2025)
Source abstract
Abstract
Plasma DNMT1 Activity The cover depict a sensitive method for detecting DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1) in human plasma, namely DNMT1 identification by variable activity (DIVA). The high sensitivity of this method enables effective tumor burden assessment and neoadjuvant therapy prediction for breast cancer patients.
