Self‐Maintainable Electronic Materials with Skin‐Like Characteristics Enabled by Graphene‐PEDOT:PSS Fillers (Adv. Sci. 27/2025)
Source abstract
Abstract
Self-Maintainable Electronic Materials Conventional devices lack the adaptability and responsiveness found in nature, preventing them from autonomously maintaining themselves in natural environments. Their rigid, fragile materials hinder evolution and self-repair after damage. In contrast, new electronic materials, enhanced by hierarchical organization, enable life-like soft robots and bioelectronics to self-maintain, sense, and adapt in dynamic environments.
