Abstract

Label-Free Diagnosis The artwork highlights a breakthrough method for detecting and quantifying global DNA methylation. This highly sensitive approach leverages in situ surface growth of plasmonic particles to enable molecular trapping and label-free sensing. Combined with machine learning analysis, it allows precise quantification of global methylation levels, offering a promising strategy for early cancer diagnosis and comprehensive epigenetic profiling.
