Source abstract
Abstract
Accessible Sub-Micron Tomography of an Entire Mouse Brain In article number 2416879, Mattia Humbel, Christine Tanner, and co-workers present subcellular imaging of the entire mouse brain with extended-field microtomography. The full registered dataset, interoperable with annotations from the Allen mouse brain atlas, is openly accessible and navigable through a browser-based viewer. This frontispiece shows a virtual horizontal slice, enriched with anatomical annotations, and magnified views highlighting the access to cellular structures.
