Single‐Cell Analysis Clarifies Pathological Heterogeneity in Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor and Identifies Biomarkers for Predicting Disease Recurrence (Adv. Sci. 26/2025)

Abstract
Predicting Disease Recurrence On this cover, bamboo symbolizes the cartilage layer of the knee joint affected by D-TGCT. A bamboo stick insect and a bamboo weevil represent MMP3+ fibroblasts and IL-1B+CCL20+ macrophages, respectively, gnawing at the bamboo to signify their role in local tissue invasion. This vivid illustration captures the key findings of Yubin Xie, Xin Zhang, Weidong Song, and co-workers, who used single-cell analysis to uncover D-TGCT-specific cellular interactions and identify ROR1 and PRKD1 as biomarkers for disease recurrence. More details can be found in article number 2415835. The cover art was created by Coloring Guangzhou.
