Ultra‐low LOD H 2 O 2 Sensor Based on Synergistic Nernst Potential Effect (Adv. Sci. 26/2025)
Source abstract
Abstract
Ultra-low LOD H2O2 Sensor In article number 2413898, Jianlong Ji, Xiaojie Chai, Shengbo Sang, and co-workers achieve ultra-sensitive H2O2 detection (LOD: 1.8×10−12 M) via stacked PEDOT: BTB/PEDOT: PSS layers by leveraging the synergistic effect of E Nernst , H 2 O 2 ${E}_{\mathrm{Nernst},\ {\mathrm{H}}2{\mathrm{O}}2}$ and E Nernst , H + ${E}_{\mathrm{Nernst},\ {\mathrm{H}}+}$ . The novel methodology pioneers a universal strategy to minimize LODs, which applies to H2O2 detection and can be widely used for analyte detection based on enzyme-catalyzed reactions.
