Abstract

Sturge-Weber Syndrome Meningeal fibroblasts contribute to the progression of leptomeningeal vascular malformation in Sturge-Weber syndrome (SWS). In article number 2408888, Guoming Luan, Woo-ping Ge, Yuguang Guan, and colleagues identify an EDN3+ meningeal fibroblast cluster, highlighting WNT5A as a potential key driver of SWS progression and a promising therapeutic target.
