Abstract
Berberine Derivative B68 Promotes Tumor Immune Clearance In article number 2413122, Hanchen Xu, Bo Li, Weidong Zhang, Sanhong Liu, and co-workers introduce B68, a berberine derivative, as a dual-targeting cancer treatment. It targets BMI1 to induce senescence and halt tumor growth, and CSN5 to degrade PD-L1, enhancing T-cell attacks on cancer cells. The cover art, inspired by Hou Yi shooting down the suns, symbolizes these dual actions, offering hope for treating colorectal and other cancers.
