Abstract

Toll-Like Receptors In article 2406018, Keunwan Park, Wook-Bin Lee, Moon-Hyeong Seo, and co-workers present an unprecedented peptide screening method that systematically explores TIR-TIR interactions through a massive library of over 190,000 peptides. The discovered peptides effectively modulate TLR-mediated inflammatory responses and, notably, show therapeutic potential as topical eye drops for age-related macular degeneration, highlighting a promising direction for ophthalmic drug development.
