Abstract

N4-Acetylcytidine Epigenetic modification of N4-acetylcytidine (ac4C) on RNA is critical for prostate cancer progression. NAT10 enhances the proliferation and migration of prostate cancer cells by catalyzing the generation of ac4C in the mRNAs of HMGA1 and KRT8. Potentially, NAT10 will become a new target for prostate cancer diagnosis and therapy.
