Abstract
SEM DNA Imaging In article number 2309702, Jung Heon Lee, Kyubong Jo, present the first SEM imaging of DNA in biological samples, offering electron microscopic resolution with the simplicity of optical microscopy. DNA with sequence-specific bright quantum dots is successfully visualized as a dark line under SEM due to fluorescent protein-DNA binding proteins and synthetic polymers, with a resolution of 15 nm.
