Single‐Cell Transcriptome Landscape and Cell Fate Decoding in Human Brain Organoids after Transplantation (Adv. Sci. 28/2024)
Source abstract
Abstract
Decoding Grafted Human Brain Organoid The cover depicts a Chinese mythology: Nezha Reborn, which closely aligns with the concept of stem cell and neural regeneration in this study. In article number 2402287, Mingyan Lin, Xing Guo, Yan Liu, and their co-workers depict cell fate decoding in human brain organoids after transplantation therapy. They perform single-cell sequencing of grafted organoids and uncover a developmental landscape of lineage specification, and perform dual decoding of spatial and temporal dynamics following transplantation. This study may pave the road for the applications of human brain organoids into transplantation therapy.
