Abstract

Electrolyte Leakage Assays Parallel automated spectroscopy tool for electrolyte leakage (PASTEL) is a phenotyping platform for rapid, quantitative assessment of hypersensitive response (HR) in plant tissue with high temporal resolution. In article number 2400225 by Alexander Silva Pinto Collins, Hasan Kurt, Firat Güder, and co-workers, PASTEL is used to develop machine learning models to classify intensity of HR.
