Deciphering Membrane‐Protein Interactions and High‐Throughput Antigen Identification with Cell Doublets (Adv. Sci. 13/2024)
Source abstract
Abstract
Membrane-Protein Interaction Deciphering cellular interactions is crucial for understanding the mechanisms underlying a broad range of human diseases. In article number 2305750, Jianwei Wang, Guideng Li, and their colleagues present a novel high-throughput method called DoubletSeeker, designed for the reliable identification of ligand-receptor interactions. This approach focuses on cell doublets formed by specific membrane ligand-receptor interactions and demonstrates precise identification of paired TCR-antigen interactions during library-on-library screening, exhibiting high sensitivity and specificity.
