Arf1 GTPase Regulates Golgi‐Dependent G2/M Transition and Spindle Organization in Oocyte Meiosis (Adv. Sci. 4/2024)
Source abstract
Abstract
Arf1 In article number 2303009, Kun-Huan Zhang, Shao-Chen Sun, and co-workers report the critical roles of Arf1 GTPase in mouse oocyte meiosis. During meiosis resumption, Arf1 regulated Myt1 for MPF-based G2/M transition; while at metaphase I, Arf1 affected tubulin acetylation for meiotic spindle organization through Aurora A-Plk1.
