Therapeutic Nanofactories: Biotransporting Biocatalytic Reactors toward Therapeutic Nanofactories (Adv. Sci. 11/2018)
Source abstract
Abstract
Therapeutic nanofactories, which combine the features of nanoreactors and delivery carriers, are ideal for biomedical applications because of their enhanced therapeutic efficacy and reduced side effects compared to the conventional drug delivery system. In article number 1800801, Tomoki Nishimura and Kazunari Akiyoshi discuss the design strategies of therapeutic nanofactories with a focus on their use as therapeutics.
