Large‐Scale Optoacoustic Microscopy: Long‐Term Imaging of Wound Angiogenesis with Large Scale Optoacoustic Microscopy (Adv. Sci. 13/2021)
Source abstract
Abstract
Dynamics of tissue revascularization, vessel maturation and remodeling remain poorly understood due to lack of suitable in vivo imaging tools. The new LSOM method offers a versatile tool for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine by empowering label‐free, noninvasive, longitudinal, highthroughput, and quantitative studies of microcirculation in processes associated with vascular remodeling and wound healing. More details can be found in article number 2004226 by Sabine Werner, Daniel Razansky, and co‐workers. [Image: see text]
