Printing Three‐Dimensional Refractory Metal Patterns in Ambient Air: Toward High Temperature Sensors (Adv. Sci. 31/2023)
Source abstract
Abstract
Refractory Metal-Based High Temperature Sensors In article number 2302479, Jichuan Yu, Chuxiong Hu, Ze Wang, Xining Zang, and co-workers report a direct ink writing and tar-mediated laser sintering technique for fabrication of three-dimensional refractory metal-based devices. The incorporation of tar provides both enhanced light absorption and anti-oxidation properties, facilitating low-power laser sintering of refractory metal patterns in ambient air. This technique showcases great potential in rapid prototyping of high-temperature sensors.
