Ultrasensitive and Multiple Biomarker Discrimination for Alzheimer's Disease via Plasmonic & Microfluidic Sensing Technologies (Adv. Sci. 24/2024)
Source abstract
Abstract
Alzheimer's Disease Tilted fiber grating assisted multi-resonance optical fiber sensor offers an ultrahigh sensitivity and simultaneous detection ability of various forms of Aβ proteins with high specificity. By combining with microfluidic chip, the sensor offers a promising solution for the large-scale diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease at early stage.
