Abstract

Reinforcing Stromal Cell Spheroid Preconditioned with red OLED-based photobiomodulation, human adipose-derived stromal cell (hADSC) spheroids promote angiogenesis and arteriogenesis in infarcted hearts. Upon transplantation, these primed spheroids exert potent paracrine effects, enhancing vascular regeneration and cardiac repair. This next-generation therapeutic strategy overcomes the limitations of conventional stromal cell therapy under ischemic conditions.
