Bioactive Silk Sericin/Bioceramic Nerve Guidance Conduit for Effective Repair of Long‐Gap Transected Peripheral Nerve Injury through Regulating Schwann Cells (Adv. Sci. 38/2025)
Source abstract
Abstract
Bioactive Silk Sericin In article number 2507241, Zheng Wang, Jiang Chang, Lin Wang, and co-workers develop a novel artificial nerve guidance conduit that integrates silk sericin and bioceramics for long-gap peripheral nerve repair. This work highlights the synergistic effect of silk sericin and bioceramic on the enhancement of Schwann cell-mediated structural and functional nerve regeneration.
