Random Lasers: Multicolor Ultralow‐Threshold Random Laser Assisted by Vertical‐Graphene Network (Advanced Optical Materials 16/2018)
Source abstract
Abstract
Multicolor random lasing phenomena from a highly porous, nest-like epitaxial graphene-nanowalls geometry with different metal and semiconductor nanoparticles are demonstrated by Chi-Te Liang, Yang-Fang Chen and co-workers (article number 1800382). The emitted photons from semiconductor nanoparticles suffer from multiple reflections at the vertically aligned porous graphene network, providing the optical feedback to the emission which produces a wide-spectrum laser action.
