GaN Optoelectronic Integrated Chip with Multifunctions of Communication and Neuromorphic Computing (Advanced Optical Materials 18/2025)
Source abstract
Abstract
Multifunctional GaN Optoelectronic Integrated Chip In article 2403514, Yongjin Wang, Jiabin Yan, and co-workers proposed a GaN chip with multifunction, including communication, sensing, and neuromorphic computing, by integrating an optoelectronic synaptic transistor and a multiple-quantum-well diode monolithically. This work provides a simple yet effective approach for developing multipurpose devices in next-generation photonic and electrical systems.
