Lead‐Free Nanocrystals: Bright Blue Light‐Emitting Doped Cesium Bromide Nanocrystals: Alternatives of Lead‐Free Perovskite Nanocrystals for White LEDs (Advanced Optical Materials 10/2019)
Source abstract
Abstract
In article number 1900108, Wanwan Li, Zhiwen Yang and co-workers report lead-free, high color purity, blue-light emitting CsBr:Eu2+ and CsBr:Ca2+, Eu2+ nanocrystals. The cover image depicts the blue emission resulting from the doped Eu2+ ions in the CsBr crystal lattice. These nanocrystals could be employed as efficient color conversion materials for fabricating white light-emitting diodes.
