Effectiveness of Ozone and Chlorine Dioxide Treatment on the Properties of Sulfonated Deciduous Pulp
Source abstract
Abstract
An ECF method for bleaching sulfonated deciduous pulp was developed by adding an ozonation stage to the bleaching scheme in order to reduce the consumption of chlorine dioxide (ECF Light). The effect of the modified bleaching on the properties of the whitened pulp was examined.
