Oxygen Vacancies Enhance SERS Performance of Tungsten‐Doped Vanadium Dioxide Nanoparticles (Adv. Mater. Technol. 5/2025)
Source abstract
Abstract
SERS Performance In article number 2401304, Jiran Liang and co-workers utilize the synergistic effects of tungsten-doping and oxygen vacancies in VO2 nanoparticles to enhance surface-enhanced raman spectroscopy (SERS) of R6G molecules. The method achieves a high enhancement factor of 1.39 × 106 and a detection limit of 10−7 M, offering a promising strategy for improving SERS in metal-oxide semiconductors.
