Ferroelectric Controlled Gas Adsorption in Doped Graphene/In2Se3 Heterostructure (Adv. Mater. Technol. 4/2022)
Source abstract
Abstract
Ferroelectric Controlled Gas Adsorption In article number 2100463, Liangzhi Kou and coworkers demonstrate ferroelectric controlled gas adsorption based on the heterostructure where adsorption energies and charge transfer can be remarkably modulated when the polarization direction of the In2Se3 substrate is reversed. The findings provide a feasible approach to fabricate the sensors with the controllable performance.
