Ultra‐Flexible Visible‐Blind Optoelectronics for Wired and Wireless UV Sensing in Harsh Environments (Adv. Mater. Technol. 9/2021)
Source abstract
Abstract
Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles In article number 2001125, Xin Ning and colleagues report novel ultra-flexible, visible-blind ultraviolet (UV) sensors based on nanocomposites of zinc oxide nanoparticles and single-walled carbon nanotubes. Such sensors can survive harsh environments and operate in wired or wireless, battery-free modes. They can be folded into a crease and integrated on origami structures, bringing potential opportunities for UV detection in demanding missions on Earth and in space.
