Perovskites: Micro Lasers by Scalable Lithography of Metal‐Halide Perovskites (Adv. Mater. Technol. 12/2018)
Source abstract
Abstract
Metal-halide perovskites have emerged as a powerful material system for integrated photonics. To render these materials practical, high quality devices must be realized in a simple and inexpensive mass-production process. In article 1800212, Ofer Bar-On, Jacob Scheuer and co-workers report on the realization of single-mode perovskite micro-laser arrays using Nano Imprint Lithography.
