Light‐Controlled Exposure of Cancer Cells to Reactive Oxygen Species Using Organic Semiconductor Thin Films (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 9/2026)
Source abstract
Abstract
Light-Activated Biointerfaces Visible light incident on an organic semiconductor thin film creates an interfacial superoxide flux, yielding a spatially confined “ROS patch” that ablates cells only within the exposed region - demonstrating reagent-free, thickness-tunable oxidative stress.
