Hot‐Pressing Transfer of Diffraction‐Grating Perovskite for Efficient Bifacial Perovskite Solar Cells (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 4/2024)
Source abstract
Abstract
Hot-Pressing Transfer Process In article 2300808, Yun Seon Do, Sungjin Jo, and co-workers demonstrate hot-pressing transfer process to fabricate a diffraction-grating (DG) perovskite layer to form a bifacial perovskite solar cell. The constructed DG structure on the perovskite layer improves its light-harvesting efficiency, reduces its charge recombination, and enhances its charge extraction properties.
