Thin‐Film Transistors: Two‐Step Solution‐Processed Two‐Component Bilayer Phthalocyaninato Copper‐Based Heterojunctions with Interesting Ambipolar Organic Transiting and Ethanol‐Sensing Properties (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 16/2016)
Source abstract
Abstract
Yanli Chen, Jianzhuang Jiang, and co-workers prepare the first p/n- and n/p-bilayer phthalocyaninato copper-based heterojunctions by a facile two-step solution-processing method in article 1600253. The p/n-bilayer devices show superior over the ones with n/p-bilayer heterojunction for both ambipolar organic thin-film transistors and ethanol-sensing properties. Significantly, a highly sensitive and selective ethanol sensor is successfully developed based on the p/n-bilayer heterojunction with the indium tin oxide interdigitated electrodes.
