Assembly, Properties, and Application of Ordered Group II–VI and IV–VI Colloidal Semiconductor Nanoparticle Films (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 28/2022)
Source abstract
Abstract
Colloidal Semiconductor Nanoparticle Films In article number 2201039, Maria Wächtler and co-workers summarize recent progress of semiconductor nanoparticle self-assembly into functional thin films for integration in hybrid materials and devices. They compare various deposition strategies and discuss how precise control over nanoparticle order and orientation during assembly can result in unique optoelectronic properties, which can be tailored to potential applications.
