Abstract

Solvent-assistant room-temperature nanoimprinting lithography is used to fabricate field effect transistors composed of nanostrip arrays as active channels. The nanostrips comprise highly ordered nanocrystalline diketopyrrolopyrrole–polymer lamellae, in which the b-axis is aligned essentially parallel to the long axis of nanostrips. The charge mobility is increased by a factor of 20, compared to those of homogeneous thin films.
