Abstract

Nickel Oxide In article 2300751, Nam-Gyu Park, Hyunjung Shin, and co-workers show that the Ni2p XPS shoulder peak is vital for evaluating p-type semiconductor behavior, especially in perovskite solar cells using it as hole-transporting materials. Recommendations: i) consistently record both Ni 2p and O 1s XPS spectra, and ii) rigorously compare with transport measurements for deeper understanding.
