Polymer Crystals: Approaching Crystal Structure and High Electron Mobility in Conjugated Polymer Crystals (Adv. Mater. 10/2021)
Source abstract
Abstract
In article number 2006794, Jian Pei and co-workers report the microwire crystal and crystal structures of two widely used conjugated polymers. High electron mobility and a lower hopping energy barrier are achieved in field-effect transistors fabricated using the polymer crystals. The crystal structures are successfully determined through the combination of powder X-ray diffraction and molecular modeling.
