Abstract

Nano-carbon heterojunctions present great potential for nextgeneration optoelectronics. Shenqiang Ren and coworkers demonstrate on page 3433 broad spectral nano-carbon photovoltaic photodetectors with magnetic field effects. This image shows the nano-carbon bulk heterojunctions utilizing single wall carbon nanotubes and fullerene interfaced by the graphene derivatives.
