Photodetectors: High Performance and Stable All‐Inorganic Metal Halide Perovskite‐Based Photodetectors for Optical Communication Applications (Adv. Mater. 38/2018)
Source abstract
Abstract
In article number 1803422, Wenjing Zhang, Feng Gao, and co-workers present photodetectors based on all-inorganic metal halide perovskite (CsPbIxBr3−x), which have a vertical p–i–n structure. The obtained photodetectors have high sensitivity, fast response, and good long-term stability. The application of the resulting photodetectors is also demonstrated in an optical-communication system that can transmit text and audio data.
