Source abstract
Abstract
Cancer-Immunity Cycle on a Chip In article number 2401927, Jihoon Ko, Noo Li Jeon, and co-workers introduce a cancer-immunity cycle-on-a-chip platform that models and evaluates each step of the cancer-immunity cycle, including critical interactions between the tumor, vasculature, and immune cells. This innovative microphysiological system enhances understanding of immune responses and offers a robust tool for assessing cancer progression and immunotherapeutic strategies.
