Source abstract
Abstract
Metal Organochalcogenide Nanocrystals In article number 2423516, Watcharaphol Paritmongkol and co-workers report the first hot-injection synthesis of AgSePh nanocrystals, a metal organochalcogenide (MOC) semiconductor. This method enables precise size control, extends to various chalcogen compositions, and ensures colloidal stability for over 4 weeks. With high thermal stability and p-type transport, AgSePh exhibits high hole mobility and holds promise for thin-film optoelectronic applications.
